TEACHING

Nicole León first discovered a passion for teaching during her undergraduate studies. From 2006 to 2013, she worked with Catherine Cho's students in the Pre-College Division of the Juilliard School.
Between 2016 and 2018, Nicole served as teaching artist in the Paris Chamber Orchestra's outreach program, bringing educational concerts to public schools in Paris. In 2021, she joined the faculty at the Sarcelles Conservatory of Music, where she taught violin as part of the initiative Un violon dans mon école. Launched by the Vareille Foundation in 2015, A violin can change the world is an educational program geared towards helping disadvantaged children improve their academic performance through rigorous violin instruction.
Nicole is a faculty member of the Blanc-Mesnil Conservatory as well as the music schools Enchantons! and l'Apprenti Musicien. Additionally, she maintains a private studio in the Paris metropolitan area. Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, she teaches in all three languages in order to serve a wider international community.
